Ag Power and Machinery
Ag. Power and Machinery- Mr. Powell's class went to the local county school bus terminal to get some live, hands on experience working on our very own Pontotoc County School buses. These students have learned how the air brake system functions and how to disassemble and replace brake shoes on a school bus. They also learned how to adjust brake shoes to manufacturer specificaitons. We would like to thank Mr. Shane Long, Mr. Kevin Foster, and Mr. Dan Hester for taking time out of their day to help thsese students with this project based learning opportunity!

Early Childhood
Early Childhood was presenting Shaken Baby Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and Drug Affected Syndrome to Teacher Academy. Students discussed how each affects infants and children that carry on into struggles with learning and processing information.

Mrs. Gunter's Teacher Academy students packed and shipped a care package to a soldier serving over seas for one of their service projects.

AEST Plant Class
Our plant class has been in charge of keeping the flowers, shrubs, and tress in pristine condition on our campus. Students are learning how to pot plants using the correct amount of soil and gauging the proper pot size.
