My name is Blair Cullum and I am the counselor at PRCTC. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Science from Mississippi University for Women and a Masters in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University. I strive to empower students to achieve their goals and dreams through guidance, support, and a wagging tail! Sunny the therapy dog is ready to lend an ear too! I am a National Board Certified school counselor with 8 years of high school and excited to be a CTE counselor.  I believe CTE can provide students with a strong foundation of technical knowledge and employability skills to complement their academic studies and prepare them for both college and career options.
