I am a registered nurse with eight years experience as a nurse before beginning my teaching career. This is my tenth year to teach Health Science. I am certified as an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor. I am married and have three children. Since this program is designed for students who desire to pursue a career in healthcare, I love being able to use my nursing experience to engage students in the learning process by providing real-world, hands-on experiences that include basic medical and nursing skills.
