To log in to the Help Desk and create a ticket, click on the "Help Desk" link above. Once the Help Desk site opens, click the "Sign In Now" link in the top-right corner. To sign in, you will simply need to enter in your full email address. This will sign you in to the system. The new interface is much simpler and will only require you to enter in your name, a summary and a description of the problem, and your location information. ALL EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY-ASSISTANCE REQUESTS MUST BE ENTERED IN THE HELP DESK SYSTEM.
To access your school email, you will now simply need to log in at www.google.com
Once you have logged in, click on the "Mail" link in the top-right corner.
